most modern materials with European Manufacturing Companies we are able to bring new designs and products to the Operating Theatre
swiftly, CE Marked, and cost effectively.
We have produced a new design of Cervical Cage, stand alone, from PEEK, and a new design of a
truly dynamic Interspinous Distraction Device, FLEXIS.

Orthobiologics
In orthopaedics, the need to grow and repair bone is paramount. Lindare Medical is the fourth largest International
Distributor for the Integra OrthoBiologics range of DBM, synthetic, and allograft products. These products come in a
variety of sizes and configurations, are easy to use, and are indicated for a wide range of clinical applications
Integra' products are also ideally suited for composite bone grafting, which is becoming a widely accepted means of
promoting the success of spinal fusion, impaction grafting, and new bone formation
Integra' products include OrthoBlast® II, which contains DBM, cancellous bone chips from the same donor, and a reverse phase medium additive to facilitate handling
Accell® DBM100 is manufactured using Integra’ proprietary Accell® technology,
which exposes a significantlyhigher concentration of BMPs than their first-generation
DBM products, to accelerate bone growth and healing.1-3
Integra' Accell technology also produces a DBM carrier in Accell® DBM100, so the product is fully osteoinductive
The Accell family of products also includes Accell Connexus®, with a high concentration of BMPs and a reverse phase medium that results in a graft that has exceptional handling, resists irrigation, and is can be contained within the graft site
Accell Total Bone Matrix® is a malleable, packable soft solid that enables precise placement and graft containment.
It can be intraoperatively customized to approximate the size and shape of the defect.
Finally, the Company offers two synthetic bone graft products, with different dissolution characteristics to meet
varying surgical situations:
- OsSatura BCPTM (hydroxyapatite and biphasic tricalcium phosphate) mimics the structure of natural cancellous bone and degrades in stages that balance the need for rapid bone in-growth and long-term support.

- OsSatura TCPTM
(pure tricalcium phosphate) with a well-defined interconnecting porous
structure, releases calcium and phosphate ions that support bone ingrowth and
ongrowth. Over time, it will be completely resorbed and gradually replaced by
newly formed bone.5.6
