The CLIA Spinal Cage range is manufactured from PEEK with “tell tales”, supplied in 25mm lengths, with 4° and 8° of lordosis available, depending on Surgeon preference, and in height sizes 8mm to 14mm. These Cages are designed to allow maximum area for graft containment to help to ensure fusion. The graft containment cavity is ideally suited for use with our range of bone grafting products. The spinal cage range comes in 3 variations depending on the area of the spine:
The EndoLIF® O-Cage (oblique) and Percusys® Instrument Set offers a minimally invasive alternative for fusion in the lumbar spine. The access is based on the proven TESSYS® access system, however application is also possible without having used the TESSYS® method before. This access offers the possibility of tissue conservation and atraumatic dilation of the soft tissue between the muscle fibres with the use of special dilators. The dilators are then replaced with the working tube which fixates itself onto the vertebral body and into the surrounding muscle tissue through its unique design. Preparation of the vertebral disc space and implantation of the EndoLIF® O-Cage is achieved with endoscopic assistance through the working tube, without the need to remove dorsal bone structures. Percusys® Instrument Set The Percusys® instrument set includes all the necessary instruments for spine stabilisation and is perfectly matched to the latest LIF methods (such as the EndoLIF® O-Cage fusion technique) and includes the following:
- Pedicle opener
- Screw inserter
- Screwdriver set screw
- T-Handle with torque limiter
- Anti torque handle
- Palm handle with ratchet
- Shaft break-off instrument
- Rod inserter, Ø 5.5 mm
- Distraction and compression instrument
- Distraction / Compression Pins
- Metal Hammer, L 225 mm
ImplantsPercusys® Rods lordotical pre-bent - Ø 5.5 mm, length 30-120 mm straight - Ø 5.5 mm, length 130-300 mm Percusys® Pedicle Screws mono-, poly-, quattroaxial or quattroaxial trans - Ø 5-8 mm, length 35-55 mm

Dynamic stabilisation with the “G” Device implant for the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis: The Device helps to support and stabilise the spine after decompression Surgery or it can be used solely as a spinal support to assist in maintaining the normal extension of the spine, thus helping to alleviate pressure on exiting nerve roots at the affected level. The advantages of the “G” Device over other similar devices is that it can be Implanted at L5/S1. It is shorter with a curved base to allow this particular level to be dealt with, and this design feature allows it to be implanted lower in the interspinous space, making it generally more stable & secure and allowing for more defined distraction. In addition, the device has clearly defined “teeth” to give it increased stability in situ.
Kyverment® is a radiopaque PMMA cement specifically designed for the treatment of vertebral body fractures. It features an easy preparation in practical mixing cylinder with optimal fluidity for easy and fast application. Its outstanding viscosity provides excellent control during injection, and allows for immediate visualisation of the injected resin due to the high content of barium sulfate USP microdispersed and non-sedimentable. The adequate volume of 22 ml for one or more injections provides excellent compression characteristics.
Designed specifically to help the effects of Lumbar Disc Degeneration, the M6-L artificial lumbar disc is a truly innovative surgical implant which, compared to other artificial lumbar discs on the market, offers a unique design with compressive capabilities to provide a controlled range of natural motion, allowing the patient to move their back naturally. The M6-L is the world’s only artificial disc that has an incorporated artificial polycarbonate urethane nucleus and a woven polyethylene fiber annulus. Both technologies enable the M6-L to mimic the same physiologic motion characteristics of a natural disc. Spinal Kinetic have researched through extensive biomechanical testing and proven that the M6-L provides the equivalent quality of motion compared with a healthy disc. The artificial nucleus is made from a Viscoelastic polymer designed to simulate native nucleus and to provide a physiologic center of rotation. The artificial annulus is made with an Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) fiber material which is designed to provide a controlled motion in all planes & axes of rotation. The M6-L is designed with two outer titanium plates featuring keels to ensure a secure anchoring of the disc into the bone. These plates are also coated with a titanium plasma spray that promotes bone growth into the metal plates to provide long-term fixation and stability of the disc in the bone.
Balloon Kyphoplasty is a minimally invasive surgical procedure which helps to stabilise the spine and is an alternative therapy for patients who have had little effect from other methods such as bed rest, analgesics and support corsets. The joimax® SPASY™ Kyphoplasty system helps against loss of height and change in the kyphotic angle from fractures. The joimax® SPASY™Balloon Kyphoplasty instruments are available as a set or individual components and are all individually sterile packed, including: Balloon Catheter Featuring a flexible or rigid shaft with 3 different balloon sizes (10 mm/4 ml, 15 mm/4 ml, 20 mm/6 ml) and balloon lengths from marker to marker with an integrated and fixed stylet. Needles and Working Cannulas Impact-resistant and ergonomic handles with a metal insert featuring an 11G starter needle for standard and mono sets (red), an 8G working cannulas for standard and mono sets (blue) and 8G combined starter needle and working cannula in the quick-set which allows for quick access without a wire guide. Cement Applicators and Drills Ergonomic handles with an easy to apply cement which is supplied in 1.5 ml volume and markers (1/3, 2/3, 3/3)
Vertebroplasty is a minimally invasive surgical procedure designed to stabilise the spine and relieve pain for patients suffering with vertebral fractures and spinal column tumors. The SPASYTM Vertebroplasty system uses a minimally invasive procedure that is quick, safe and easy for surgeons to perform. The one-handed application system makes it simple to operate and allows for bone cement to be delivered in controlled doses. In combination with Kyverment®, the joimax® system is a complete system for simple vertebral augmentation. The SPASYTM Vertebroplasty System BCD Kit is available as a set including 2 needles or as individual components, including: Application System Precise and easy to use including a pressure relief lever with One-handed operation for the even application of cement. Injection Cylinder Pre-assembled tube with freely-rotatable LuerLock connector that is easy to read due to its 10 ml scale. Vertebroplasty Needles Length = 125 mm, OD = 3.0 mm, 11G or 13G Bevel-tip trocar with LuerLock connection system which is impact-resistant with an ergonomic handle to allow marking of injection direction.
The Titamesh Cage range comes in two variations associated with Cervical and Lumbar - Titamesh-C and Titamesh-L. The cage is designed in such a way to provide superior rigid anterior fixation for spinal fusion. The device itself is manufactured using state of the art 3D printing techniques, using only the highest grade Titanium. The printing process ensures that each cage has a consistent macro/micro porous structure, so as to allow effective boney fusion. The cage can be used standalone, as it has incorporate spiked keels on both endplates. With simple, yet effective instrumentation, the Titamesh Cage allows for faster surgery and placement. Implants come in a range of design options, either anatomical or flat. They also come in a range of endplate sizes and heights.
The TOPS™ System by Premia Spine is a mechanical implant device designed to offer better motion and stability for patients suffering with spinal stenosis and spondylolisthesis, offering a greater range of movement compared to Spinal Fusion technology. The unique design of the TOPS™ System allows for motion in all directions for patients including flexion, extension, lateral bending, and axial rotation. Another great feature is that the system also blocks sheer forces, which is something that can't be achieved with a typical decompression-only procedure. There are three major benefits from using the TOPS™ System as a treatment of spinal stenosis, spondylolisthesis and other facet joint diseases:
- During the procedure, the lumbar spine is stabilised and gains a controlled range of movement.
- After surgery, patients will be able to enjoy normal everyday activities by regaining the ability to bend, flex and walk.
- Once surgery is complete, patients will experience immediate and sustained pain relief according to research.
