The CLIA Spinal Cage range is manufactured from PEEK with “tell tales”, supplied in 25mm lengths, with 4° and 8° of lordosis available, depending on Surgeon preference, and in height sizes 8mm to 14mm. These Cages are designed to allow maximum area for graft containment to help to ensure fusion. The graft containment cavity is ideally suited for use with our range of bone grafting products. Designed specifically to help the effects of Lumbar Disc Degeneration, the M6-L artificial lumbar disc is a truly innovative surgical implant which, compared to other artificial lumbar discs on the market, offers a unique design with compressive capabilities to provide a controlled range of natural motion, allowing the patient to move their back naturally. The M6-L is the world’s only artificial disc that has an incorporated artificial polycarbonate urethane nucleus and a woven polyethylene fiber annulus. Both technologies enable the M6-L to mimic the same physiologic motion characteristics of a natural disc. Spinal Kinetic have researched through extensive biomechanical testing and proven that the M6-L provides the equivalent quality of motion compared with a healthy disc. The artificial nucleus is made from a Viscoelastic polymer designed to simulate native nucleus and to provide a physiologic center of rotation. The artificial annulus is made with an Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) fiber material which is designed to provide a controlled motion in all planes & axes of rotation. The M6-L is designed with two outer titanium plates featuring keels to ensure a secure anchoring of the disc into the bone. These plates are also coated with a titanium plasma spray that promotes bone growth into the metal plates to provide long-term fixation and stability of the disc in the bone.
The EndoLIF® O-Cage (oblique) and Percusys offers a minimally invasive alternative for fusion in the lumbar spine. The access is based on the proven TESSYS® access system, however application is also possible without having used the TESSYS® method before. This access offers the possibility of tissue conservation and atraumatic dilation of the soft tissue between the muscle fibres with the use of special dilators. The dilators are then replaced with the working tube which fixates itself onto the vertebral body and into the surrounding muscle tissue through its unique design. Preparation of the vertebral disc space and implantation of the EndoLIF® O-Cage is achieved with endoscopic assistance through the working tube, without the need to remove dorsal bone structures.

Kyverment is highly resistant to compression, contains barium sulphate for immediate visualisation, is conveniently prepared in a custom mixing cylinder and provides consistent viscosity for controlled application.
The Titamesh Cage range comes in two variations associated with Cervical and Lumbar - Titamesh-C and Titamesh-L. The cage is designed in such a way to provide superior rigid anterior fixation for spinal fusion. The device itself is manufactured using state of the art 3D printing techniques, using only the highest grade Titanium. The printing process ensures that each cage has a consistent macro/micro porous structure, so as to allow effective boney fusion. The cage can be used standalone, as it has incorporate spiked keels on both endplates. With simple, yet effective instrumentation, the Titamesh Cage allows for faster surgery and placement. Implants come in a range of design options, either anatomical or flat. They also come in a range of endplate sizes and heights.
