  • The TOPS™ System by Premia Spine is a mechanical implant device designed to offer better motion and stability for patients suffering with spinal stenosis and spondylolisthesis, offering a greater range of movement compared to Spinal Fusion technology.     The Titamesh Cage range comes in two variations associated with Cervical and Lumbar - Titamesh-C and Titamesh-L. The cage is designed in such a way to provide superior rigid anterior fixation for spinal fusion. The device itself is manufactured using state of the art 3D printing techniques, using only the highest grade Titanium. The printing process ensures that each cage has a consistent macro/micro porous structure, so as to allow effective boney fusion. The cage can be used standalone, as it has incorporate spiked keels on both endplates. With simple, yet effective instrumentation, the Titamesh Cage allows for faster surgery and placement. Implants come in a range of design options, either anatomical or flat. They also come in a range of endplate sizes and heights.

    Disposable Access Set - Modular & Specific

    The TESSYS Access Set® contains all the products and aids necessary to perform consistent and successful TESSYS® surgery: puncture needles (20 G and 27 G), discography needles (18 G and 21 G), syringes, preparation bowl, marking pen, scalpel, guide wire, sealing cap and surgical suturing material. We offer a range of Access Sets with various types of reamers depending on purpose. We differentiate between fine and coarse crown reamers, which, like the guiding rods and tubes, are also color-coded for easier handling (green = 5.0 mm, yellow = 6.5 mm and red = 7.5 mm). Additional disposable reamers are available separately in undersize 4.0 mm (blue) and oversize 8.5 mm (purple).

    RF Trigger-Flex™ Probe

    The radio-frequency Trigger-Flex™ probe can be used to stop bleeding and remove scar tissue. Anular ruptures of up to 3 mm are easy to seal by means of tissue shrinking. We offer additional disposable material for optimum surgery success, such as the special incision foil for covering the patient.     Balloon Kyphoplasty is a minimally invasive surgical procedure which helps to stabilise the spine and is an alternative therapy for patients who have had little effect from other methods such as bed rest, analgesics and support corsets. The joimax® SPASY Kyphoplasty system helps against loss of height and change in the kyphotic angle from fractures.   • OsSatura® TCP consists of pure ß-TCP, which is a combination of calcium and phosphate similar to that found in natural bone. Its structure creates a well-defined and interconnected porosity, with an average of 70%, that provides a high level of osteoconductivity. As it resorbs, OsSatura® TCP releases calcium and phosphate ions that support bone ongrowth and ingrowth. Over time, OsSatura®TCP will be completely resorbed and gradually replaced by newly formed bone. While autograft is the accepted standard for bone grafting, it has several serious drawbacks that include extended surgical time, limited availability, variable bone quality, significant blood loss and donor-site morbidity. As a result, use of the composite graft has become more common as an autograft substitute offering the greatest potential for success. Scientific research has identified three key elements that are required for optimal bone regeneration.   • Orthoblast II is a powerful choice of bone grafting. It is available in both Putty and Paste form and contains demineralized bone matrix (DBM) to stimulate and regenerate new bone growth. It is a highly inductive material supplied in syringe form (smaller particulate bone granules) and in tub form (larger particulate bone granules). OrthoBlast® II combines demineralized allograft bone with cancellous bone and a reverse phase medium (RPM) to provide an osteoconductive allograft with ideal handling qualities. OrthoBlast II has enjoyed clinical success in a variety of surgical applications including periarticular defects and long-bone defects. An independent study of two DBM allografts, in cases of metaphyseal and periarticular fractures, concluded that the OrthoBlast success rate was over 30% higher than the alternative allograft product. In another independent study of the use of DBM allograft products in ankle/hindfoot fusion, 14% of patients with a glycerolbased allograft developed a nonunion, versus only 8% for the OrthoBlast patients.     We offer a 24 hour delivery service for this product.

  • M6-L Artificial Nucleus, Annulus, Sheath and Fixation M6-L Artificial Lumbar Disc
    Designed specifically to help the effects of Lumbar Disc Degeneration, the M6-L artificial lumbar disc is a truly innovative surgical implant which, compared to other artificial lumbar discs on the market, offers a unique design with compressive capabilities to provide a controlled range of natural motion, allowing the patient to move their back naturally. The M6-L is the world’s only artificial disc that has an incorporated artificial polycarbonate urethane nucleus and a woven polyethylene fiber annulus. Both technologies enable the M6-L to mimic the same physiologic motion characteristics of a natural disc. Spinal Kinetic have researched through extensive biomechanical testing and proven that the M6-L provides the equivalent quality of motion compared with a healthy disc.   • Kyverment® is a radiopaque PMMA cement specifically designed for the treatment of vertebral body fractures. It features an easy preparation in practical mixing cylinder with optimal fluidity for easy and fast application. Its outstanding viscosity provides excellent control during injection, and allows for immediate visualisation of the injected resin due to the high content of barium sulfate USP microdispersed and non-sedimentable. The adequate volume of 22 ml for one or more injections provides excellent compression characteristics.
    Kyverment® PMMA Cement is specifically developed to be used with the SPASY™ – Balloon Kyphoplasty System and SPASY™ – Vertebroplasty System BCD Kit which can both been seen in more detail on their respective product pages.
