  • Kyverment® is a radiopaque PMMA cement specifically designed for the treatment of vertebral body fractures. It features an easy preparation in practical mixing cylinder with optimal fluidity for easy and fast application. Its outstanding viscosity provides excellent control during injection, and allows for immediate visualisation of the injected resin due to the high content of barium sulfate USP microdispersed and non-sedimentable. The adequate volume of 22 ml for one or more injections provides excellent compression characteristics.
    Kyverment® PMMA Cement is specifically developed to be used with the SPASY™ – Balloon Kyphoplasty System and SPASY™ – Vertebroplasty System BCD Kit which can both been seen in more detail on their respective product pages.

  • SPASY Vertebroplasty Injection Cylinder SPASY Vertebroplasty - Application System
    Vertebroplasty is a minimally invasive surgical procedure designed to stabilise the spine and relieve pain for patients suffering with vertebral fractures and spinal column tumors.
    The SPASYTM Vertebroplasty system uses a minimally invasive procedure that is quick, safe and easy for surgeons to perform. The one-handed application system makes it simple to operate and allows for bone cement to be delivered in controlled doses.   • Dynamic stabilisation with the “G” Device implant for the treatment of lumbar spinal stenosis: The Device helps to support and stabilise the spine after decompression Surgery or it can be used solely as a spinal support to assist in maintaining the normal extension of the spine, thus helping to alleviate pressure on exiting nerve roots at the affected level. The advantages of the “G” Device over other similar devices is that it can be Implanted at L5/S1. It is shorter with a curved base to allow this particular level to be dealt with, and this design feature allows it to be implanted lower in the interspinous space, making it generally more stable & secure and allowing for more defined distraction.   • DynaGraft® II is a bone graft substitute composed of demineralized bone matrix (DBM) and a poloxamer Reverse Phase Medium (RPM) which is a biocompatible carrier. The poloxamer (RPM) turns more adhesive whilst at body temperature, providing exceptional handling and containment characteristics for surgeons. The graft is irrigation resistant, moldable, packable and can be mixed with other grafting materials. The cortical bone obtained for the demineralised bone matrix is only supplied from AATB-accredited tissue banks which is then processed into DBM in a state-of-the-art facility. As well as providing a demineralisation process, the demineralised bone matrix also undergoes Electron Beam Sterilisation which is the process of sterilising DBM and ABM under aseptic conditions.

  • OsSatura® TCP consists of pure ß-TCP, which is a combination of calcium and phosphate similar to that found in natural bone. Its structure creates a well-defined and interconnected porosity, with an average of 70%, that provides a high level of osteoconductivity. As it resorbs, OsSatura® TCP releases calcium and phosphate ions that support bone ongrowth and ingrowth. Over time, OsSatura®TCP will be completely resorbed and gradually replaced by newly formed bone.     Integra Mozaik is a collagen ceramic osteoconductive scaffold which is engineered to mimic the composition and structure of natural bone. Mozaik is made up of 80% purified beta-TCP granules & 20% Highly purified type-1 collagen. The TCP provides bone void filling structure whilst the collagen enables a bioactive element inductive to bone growth, an ideal combination.     The Titamesh Cage range comes in two variations associated with Cervical and Lumbar - Titamesh-C and Titamesh-L. The cage is designed in such a way to provide superior rigid anterior fixation for spinal fusion. The device itself is manufactured using state of the art 3D printing techniques, using only the highest grade Titanium. The printing process ensures that each cage has a consistent macro/micro porous structure, so as to allow effective boney fusion.     The TESSYS Access Set® contains all the products and aids necessary to perform consistent and successful TESSYS® surgery: puncture needles (20 G and 27 G), discography needles (18 G and 21 G), syringes, preparation bowl, marking pen, scalpel, guide wire, sealing cap and surgical suturing material. We offer a range of Access Sets with various types of reamers depending on purpose. We differentiate between fine and coarse crown reamers, which, like the guiding rods and tubes, are also color-coded for easier handling (green = 5.0 mm, yellow = 6.5 mm and red = 7.5 mm). Additional disposable reamers are available separately in undersize 4.0 mm (blue) and oversize 8.5 mm (purple).
