WHERE WOULD WE USE CONNEXUS? CONNEXUS is 70% DBM derived content in a 30 % Reverse Phase Medium. (RPM) RPM is an agent which gives us better handling properties, not a carrier. This is a product which is also putty, and hardens at body temperature, though not load bearing, and has a two year shelf life: supplied in syringes, in 1cc, 5cc and 10cc sizes. It should be used where a patient requires a boost to bone growth due to long term illness, age and infirmity, non unions, pseudarthrosis etc. It can be used wherever the Surgeon requires bone growth.
