Important Information
Lindare Medical is not the stockholder; we act as intermediaries with our supplier to coordinate deliveries. The tendons are shipped with dry ice, either the morning of the procedure before 9:00 or the late afternoon the day prior. If unused, please refrain from opening the packaging to prevent thawing. Collection can be scheduled on the same day, and the tendon can be returned to storage for the hospital if necessary. Once an order for a tendon is placed and delivered, it becomes the recipient’s property, and they will be invoiced, even if the procedure is canceled.
