Lumbar disc replacement surgery involves a surgical procedure that removes problematic discs and replaces them with an artificial disc implant. We supply a range of products and spinal systems to accommodate lumbar disc replacement surgery including the Titamesh Cage, TOPS System and G Device.
Bone Graft Surgery
Bone graft surgery is a procedure that replaces missing bone in order to repair complex bone fractures. It can be artificial, grafted or given by a donor. All of our bone graft products from a human donor have been rigorously tested to ensure that every stage of that human donation can be easily tracked for full traceability.

Tendon Repair Surgery
A tendon repair surgery is performed to bring back normal movement of a joint which has become damaged due to injury. All our tendons are available in a variety of different types and sizes either as a single strand, double strand, pre-shaped or double bundle and can be shipped on a special same day delivery service to ensure the stay fresh.

Ligaments are strong bands of tissue that connect one bone to another. The most common ligament repair surgical procedure is to replaces a torn anterior cruciate ligament (ACL). Surgical Tendons
Tendons are the soft, band-like tissues that connect muscles to bone and when the muscles contract, the tendons pull the bones and cause the joints to move. When tendon damage occurs, movement may be seriously limited and the damaged area may feel weak or painful. All of our donated frozen tendons are HCA approved and have full traceability which is monitored in accordance to the HCA license requirements.
Spine Implants
Our spinal implants are most typically designed to treat nerve/spinal cord impingement, known as ‘decompression surgery’ or for spinal instability which is known as ‘fusion surgery’. We currently supply surgical spinal implants to both the NHS and Private healthcare Sector across the UK and our products range from the The TOPS System, Medicon MediExpand System, CLIA Spinal Cage and the Titamesh Cage.
Kyphoplasty Technology
We supply advanced Kyphoplasty systems designed to treat vertebral compression fractures by restoring vertebral height and stabilising the spine. Our offering includes the Medtronic Kyphon™ Balloon Kyphoplasty Platform, widely used across NHS and private hospitals. This minimally invasive technique uses inflatable orthopedic balloons to create a cavity in the collapsed vertebra, which is then filled with bone cement to reinforce spinal structure and alleviate pain.
Vertebroplasty Technology
Our vertebroplasty solutions focus on stabilising fractured vertebrae caused by osteoporosis, cancer, or trauma. We distribute the Medtronic Kyphon V™ Premium Vertebroplasty Platform, which enables precise injection of high-viscosity cement into the affected area through a small incision. This provides rapid pain relief and structural support, all within a minimally invasive, image-guided procedure suitable for outpatient care.
Radiofrequency Ablation Technology
Lindare Medical is a trusted provider of the OsteoCool™ Radiofrequency Ablation System from Medtronic, used to treat painful bone metastases, especially in the spine. This innovative RF technology uses dual probes and an internal cooling system to deliver controlled thermal ablation while minimising tissue damage.
